Yankees' Todd Frazier falls for hidden ball trick against Blue Jays

null The hidden ball trick rarely works. But on Friday night, the Blue Jays pulled one off successfully.With no one out in the bottom of the third inning, Todd Frazier roped a double to right field. Two batters later, New York's Jacoby Ellsbury sent a liner into the outfield that was caught by Jose Bautista, who quickly threw the ball back to shortstop Ryan Goins, who was standing near second base.  STANDINGS: Magic numbers, playoff picture Goins appeared to throw the ball back to pitcher Marco Estrada, but instead hid it in his glove. Frazier, who was staring into the outfield, turned around and lifted his leg off second base. Goins quickly tagged Frazier out, completing a double play to end the inning.
